Sewage leaking onto the road on Clutton Hill

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3754660.

There is what appears to be a blocked drain on Clutton Hill outside Sunnyside cottages. Judging by the smell and the colour of the water this is raw sewage leaking on to the road. I have contacted Bristol Water twice but had no response. This is a health risk
