Lots of digging because of underground stream in the past. Now though, the water is coming up through the tarmac path.

There is a lot of water on the road where work is being done. That cannot stay. Since the water is under the tarmac, something needs to be done.

So is the pond the cause of a pipe leak in a property or a natural spring ? If the latter, how does it get sorted ?
