Path/walkway broken by building work being done by 19 tiledown

The walkway/path has been broken by building work done by owner of 19 tiledown when they took fence down to build wall and they haven't replaced/repaired it its dangerous I'm disabled as are a lot of the residents around here and parents use this path to take their children to school when they are not on school holidays ect this has been like the pictures for several weeks now
