Acquisition of land designated as a wildlife corridor, for personal use

Reported via desktop in the Bench & Public Space Damage category anonymously at 19:40, Mon 22 August 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3773478.

It has come to our attention that an area of the land designated as a wildlife corridor, between the back of Blackberry Way and Hallam Close, has recently been cleared of all vegetation and is being used as a extension to the the back garden of one of the houses in Hallam Close. We would be grateful if you could remind the residents of Hallam Close Nos 1-5 that as agreed in the planning approval, this land should remain untouched for badgers/wildlife occupancy only. Please ask them to remove any personal possessions and allow the land to grow back to its natural state. Thank you
