Pavement completely blocked

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3782315.

The pavement outside 133/135 is completely blocked due to rebuilding the retaining wall there. There is no provision for pedestrians to pass safely around it on the road or to cross the road. As it is on a corner this makes it very dangerous for pedestrians
