Uneven paving crossing from one side to the other

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3784889.
I was crossing the road after coming out if Lloyds chemist on the high street and then tripped on the uneven paving near coffee 1, I hurt my foot, other people have tripped and I don’t want anyone to hurt themselves
