Broken railings

Reported via mobile in the Railings, bollard, & post damage category anonymously at 15:55, Mon 29 August 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3787963.

A section of railings at the boundary between Lower Hedgemead Road and Hedgemead Park was damaged over two years ago by a branch falling from a nearby Horse Chestnut tree. The railing were never properly repaired and the fixings on either side have given way or rusted so much that the whole section had detached and was in a dangerous condition and liable to imminent collapse. I have made it safe by lowering it to the ground but there is now 4 foot section missing from this stretch of railings, which needs properly reinstating asap.
