Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3788749.

Mud and grit left since earlier in the year has now dried and lies in the centre of the lane. When cycling it is not easy to use the hard surface of the road due to verges and hedges. So some of time have to cycle in centre of road which means if you need to break you skid. Some parts are longer than others it’s not easy to cycle down there.
