Tree branches across road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3789180.

On A4 going towards Bath,just after the 40mph road sign and just before layby,there is large tree branches across the road. This is knocking of Lorry mirrors covers,including mine that I have retrieved. When I picked mine up there must have been 50 plus covers on the bank.
