Reported via desktop in the Dangerous road surface (including ice, mud, spillage or debris) category anonymously at 11:50, Thu 1 September 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3795143.

Tripped on curb due to bad road layout. confusing red surface on the cycle lane, and misleading white line which suggests all surfaces are level. after 30 years of living in keysham i have never fallen in the high street before. i now have a badly bruised toe.

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 13:27, Thu 29 September 2022

  • The layout of the high street gives the impression of a uniform surface, unfortunately this is not the case as such I have had a bad fall requiring first aid at the scene from retailers followed by visit to South Bristol A&E. I am now nursing severe bruising broken skin & awaiting results from X-rays and ongoing treatments . Mrs Susan Dix
