Dangerous Overhanging branches - Church Close

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3798037.

For the last 4 years, every winter, the trees have Overhanging branches, The branches are falling in a public area and affecting houses and residents.

  • We've looked into this report and are investigating the issue. We will update this report once we decide what action to take, taking into consideration most trees on Church Close are growing on private land and are the landowner's responsibility.

  • The tree is on the Church grounds with very heavy branches falling onto the path & highway on Church Close
