Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 20 hours, 18 minutes later. Council ref: 3819685.

The street drain immediately outside our drive at 23 Horsecombe Brow BA2 5QY is blocked. Today the water was coming close to flooding onto our drive, which slopes down towards the house.
