Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3823006.
This blockage was reported on 30th August - it was so bad that there was a tree growing out of it!.
The tree has now been removed, but the drain still remains substantially blocked inside, with just a small hole in the silt from which the tree had been removed.
