Shin high brambles and rat nest

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3826368.

This patch of green on the river path is in need of a tidy up. There are brambles in amongst the long grass which are growing across the grassy path causing trip hazards. Litter gets thrown into it regularly, I know as I pick it up regularly. Also the large budleiia and adjacent pile of dead branches maybe harbouring rats as I've seen them scuttling in there more than once.
