Drain cover outside Walver House and Dunromin making loud clunking - A362

Water is gathering on covers and there's issues of subsidence on the road and the properties. When large vehicles round the corner and drive across verge/driveway and bang back onto drain, which makes the house shake. Please could you look into the repair? Lots of vehicles keep driving over the verge and gully cover which is causing the properties to shake and distress, as well as causing people to cut across the driveways. Resident can't use the house driveway anymore due to the danger
