The drains in the subway are blocked so filling puddles when it rains. This will only get worse with leaf fall, rain and dirt washed down to block them more. Is it possible to get them cleaned out, please, before we get flooding?

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3838910.

The drains have been much better since the refurb but now need attention, as does the cleanliness of the walls etc There is dirt and spiders webs etc all over and some grafitti. The whole subway needs a spring clean!
