Harcourt Gardens Street light removed hasnt been replaced

Last month something went into the street light on right handside of Harcourt Gardens causing it to move to a dangerous angle . It was removed but hasnt been replaced! Its v dark now as you walk up the road. A number of us work shifts at the hospital and have to walk home late at night which is frightening walking up such a dark street. We need it rrplaced ASAP please
