Series of potholes - Harptree Hill towards Wells in West Harptree

Reported via desktop in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 14:09, Friday 23 September 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3844000.

I hope that you can help me with this. On 10th September I was travelling up Harptree Hill towards Wells in West Harptree and hit a series of potholes just prior to where the resurfacing work has taken place.

This is where the road narrows and all the tarmac needs to be used on many occasions. My tyre immediately deflated and was damaged beyond repair resulting in a bill for nearly £90. My understanding is that the council is liable for this and would like to make a claim.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
