Still a problem
Reported via Android in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category by Martyn Wiltshire at 14:20, Fri 23 September 2022
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3844018.
I have reported this overhanging hedge issue previously & am disappointed that investigation by BANES produced a fairly anodyne response. I used this public footpath with my wife today & to repeat my earlier comment, she had to lean away from hedge on the boundary of 36 Gaston Avenue to avoid scratches to her face whereas I had to duck to avoid the foliage. Surely a letter advising obstructing a footpath is unacceptable would be sensible.
