Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later.
Council ref: 3849140.
The council-owned large rusty bin containing vegetation at junction of London Road / Snow Hill is causing a serious problem with vehicular access from Snow Hill onto London Road. The sight lines are inadequate with this in its current position and is not allowing drivers sufficient time to make safe decision making when exiting Snow Hill. Low vehicles, cyclists, motor cyclists cannot be seen early enough because of this bin. On safety grounds and good highway practice can this bin be moved to avoid the inevitability of an accident please?
