Misleading Road Markings - No relevant box to tick

Where you are putting in, what I assume are, pavements to protect cycle lanes(?) the centre white line is now not a centre white line. This should have been removed before works were carried out. The net result is vehicles have almost no lane 'outbound' I had trouble in a car passing a stationary 'inbound' bus. A larger vehicle would have been unable to get through the restricted road resulting in chaos?
Additionally there is now an extended pavement near the Hop Pole PH. No advance signs, just a couple of random cones sat on it. I am sure it will be driven over at some point without effective traffic management.
Safety Audits spring to mind for both matters.

Good afternoon.
I would like to inform you that yesterday at about 5 am I crashed my car into a road sign board which was directly on my lane facing backwards, black side, so I could not see it. It was on Upper Bristol Road just after the traffic light. I am a taxi driver and my car is damaged and the repair will be very expensive.
Is there any chance to get any help from you to cover the repair costs?
Please see the photos attached.
Looking forward to hearing from you
Kind regards Piotr Hofman
