The damaged sign ("oncoming vehicles in middle of the road" is still lying on the grass more than four months after being first reported. Absence of the sign increases the likelihood of an accident happening on the narrow bridge due to traffic travelling too fast. Please arrange for repair as soon as possible

‘We’ve recently performed a cleansing exercise in our system to close down all outstanding jobs that were completed some time ago. This closure is for reference only and you do not need to do anything’.
