As can be seen from the photos the first one I took today and the other two are from September when I reported it and I believe you collected the three bags in the photo. The problem is it is now a regular occurrence and I wondered if it would be possible for you to open the bags as I did originally - when I found a reference to an address which is a Patio Flat at no 14 in Portland Place or Burlington Street - it is not clear which but I have a photo of the nameplate.
