Waste for Orchard Lea Nursery being blown across the road

Reported via desktop in the Fly-tipping category anonymously at 12:39, Tue 4 October 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3867239.

By actual workers with blowers, they come twice a week and blow all the leaves, litter and debris from the nursery car park into the road and over to the houses opposite, surely this is flytipping? please contact caller

  • Found at 10 am this morning, Monday 14th November. Rubbish bin LB0049, Downside flats near Staple Grove, Keynsham. Has been wrenched out of the ground with considerable force. Rubbish bag was emptied out over the grass nearby. I collected the litter and put the bag back in the bin. However the bin needs to be re secured ASAP or rubbish is likely to be strewn again.
