Wind blown recycling everywhere

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3870043.

Unfortunately, the recycling was not collected last Friday (it will now be done on the 7th). Much recycling was left out, and combined with the high winds in last 24hrs, there is now excessive litter. Plastic bottles and cardboard make up the bulk of it. The middle portion of Southlands is worst affected. Cheers
