Tree here got too big, the leaves are getting everywhere

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3884689.

We cut the grass on the green space here, caller thinks it's a silver birch tree growing here. he is worried that it's growing into his garden and the leaves are also in his garden and as he's in his late 80s it's too much for him to manage
