Abandoned untaxed vehicle

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3892389.

Abandoned vehicle occupying much needed space in this communal parking area. No Mot, untaxed. Flat tyres, rusty, overgrown with weeds, has not moved since March 2022. Since your last visit this vehicle is now untaxed and illegally parked.

  • We have looked into this issue and found that it doesn't meet our criteria for intervention as the keeper of the vehicle claims he has permission off the land owner to keep it there after extensive searches we can not prove otherwise.
