Incorrect use of lane markings

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3893929.

It is illegal to cross a white line marking a pedestrian lane. However in this new calming area it is impossible not to cross these lines, See photo. Elsewhere in this scheme further down red hill the lanes are appropriate. Please remove and remark these lines.
