Blocked drain causing water to run down the hill - The Combe / Gassons
It's hard to determine if the blockage is on the surface or inside the drain as it's a busy road and too dangerous to stop. However, water seems to be constantly running down the hill from this drain, even during droughts in the summer after the crew did works on it.
Please could you look into this, especially with the upcoming winter weather arriving as it will cause ice on a narrow part of the road, which will be difficult to avoid on a bad uphill bend.
