Byway from Upper Shockerwick to Bannerdown Road

Reported via desktop in the Dangerous road surface (including ice, mud, spillage or debris) category anonymously at 14:40, Tue 18 October 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3897911.

The surface of the byway has been slowly breaking up for some time, to the degree that people have now started driving and walking across the private field instead of the designated byway. In areas the byway is very dangerous for vehicles, with huge holes, and a 'normal car' could very easily get stuck and badly damaged. The issue has been gradually getting worse for at least 6 months.
