  • Turn first left on Snow hill , road behind Domino's Pizza and in front of Walcot House . The pavement has many large dead weeds and a lot of litter between parked cars . I have not seen a street sweeper in this area for years . I pay a lot of Council Tax and expect a cleaning service .
