River Safety railings missing /broken & Graffiti

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 hours, 9 minutes later. Council ref: 3922799.

The river railings/ wire and safety cables from the bridge by the recycling centre then 100m toward the city are missing or broken. The sign explaining number of deaths has graffiti. The area is overgrown and multiple pests/rodents seen.
