Drain is blocked within with mud and debris and the whole drain area has warped so that the rain doesn't flow into it anymore unless it is torrential. heavy rainfall then floods into Midford House and causes damage to the property drive. Midford

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3938678.

Heavy rainfall then bypasses the tilting blocked drain and floods into Midford House and causes damage to the property drive and into the verges of the garden.
