Area around tree has sunk, trip hazard - tree near the bus stop

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3939915.
Tree near the bus stop for U1 and 2 buses. Tree has a planting area about 1 metre around the trunk, which is covered with gravel/chippings. This planting area has sunk significantly, making it very uneven and 'potholed'. My friend tripped and fell on it today. The area round the second tree is in a similar uneven state.
