New business waste

Yet again there's a significant amount of business waste from the takeaway restaurants that back onto Westmoreland Drive.

This time the bin is overflowing and there are a number of black bags stacked behind the bin. The smell is terrible.

I've been informed that enforcement action will be taken but have not yet seen any evidence that there is an improvement.
