Blocked inside drain and damaged drain cover and tarmac

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3942250.
1. Drainage blocked under drain cover- sends water from street flooding into our property Lots of building work further up street so probably building wastes and mud blocking it up 2. Heavy buildings material lorries have significantly damaged drainage cover and tarmac and surrounding kerb stones (all weight hits this corner when they turn on steep angled culdesac 3. Would appreciate urgent help with this, thank you
