Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3942585.

This has been like this for over 2 years and I used to report it regularly. It always got closed as would be fixed with normal maintainance. I just thought I would try reporting it in 2022 to see if it would get fixed once and for all. Our get closed off as usual
