Groove/pipe in pavement connecting downpipe to gutter is blocked - outside 102 North Road - ba2 5dj

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 15:55, Wed 9 November 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3951843.

Groove in pavement connecting downpipe to gutter is blocked - outside 102 North Road - ba2 5dj

The downpipe is on the property and used to run onto the pavement, but the Council cut a groove and put a pipe and cover into the pavement to help this water run into the gutter. This pipe is now clogged up and isn't allowing the water to run away, and water is staying clogged into the downpipe. Please could someone take a look?
