Badly overhanging tree - almost touching roof
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3958531.
The tree in st Stephen’s green is overhanging my garden. I have reported this before, my neighbour is commenting on it too, as have tree surgeons registered with your tree service. I don’t understand why the case is closed, as you promised first work would be done on it. Please could you bring this tree under control - if there is a storm this is a dangerous situation. Besides that in spring it is clogging up the gutters to the extend that I have to get them professionally emptied several times a year. It also affects my neighbours, who support me in this situation.

This tree is regularly inspected and has been identified as being in good health and providing a valuable contribution to the local and wider environment. If any defects are found that would indicate it was in a hazardous condition, with an unacceptably high risk of failure, action would be taken. There are works in the works programme for 2023 to prune back the canopy from the adjacent garden.
