Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3969705.
Flooding across road towards property by the continuous flow of spring water which comes out of from wall above blocked gully. Blocked gulley (this is calcified - not removeable). Also likely blockage in the 4m length of underground connecting pipe to manhole. Note - this is regular repeat problem. Underground pipe was replaced approx 8 years ago?
