Even road surface
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3974565.
Very uneven "dropped" surface outside The Old Manse, Upper Bristol Rd, Clutton. Large vehicles going over it make a lot of noise. Unfortunately its directly opposite the loose manhole cover ( report 3974508) so the residents get a double whammy of noise from passing traffic on a very busy main road.

I'm not sure if this is connected as no work is or has been done but there are temporary lights causing untold grief and have been for over a week at this spot. If nothing is being done why aren't they removed. Your Mr C J Eddolls. Paulton

The traffic lights have been removed but the problem has not been fixed infact the noise levels are probably greater. It would be helpful if the highways agency could update us on the situation .
