Drain totally blocked with gravel

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3981086.
This is a vital drain to stop the road flooding in this area. there are at least 2 blocked drains further up the lane so copious amounts of water are running down the lane. all of these need clearing plus you replaced a stolen drain grid on the corner at the bottom of the lane from the common with a grill that stands proud so takes no water off the road. A couple of months ago you placed a bollard on the blocked drain by our property as, I assume, the grill is rusted out. No action has been taken since then. These blocked drains are an ongoing problem which needs a thorough servicing.
