Vegetation blocking pavement

Reported via desktop in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 11:27, Tue 22 November 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 8 minutes later. Council ref: 3983435.

Vegetation is growing beside and obstructing the pavement on the northern side of the road between the roundabout (junction with A4 and A363) and the junction with Morris Lane. A previous report (not made by me) resulted in the vegetation being sprayed with herbicide but not removed. So instead of green vegetation blocking the path we now have brown vegetation. It is especially horrible for children in buggies, it must be right in their faces.
