Blocked drain

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3986376.

The problem has been for over a year and half now. The drain has been blocked and keeps flooding the road and the edge of our drive way at no2. It recedes after a while but we cannot access our property at times. This is grave as we have a very elderly pensioner (94)living here. We hope you can see to it soon. Thanks
