We can confirm there is a suspected underground cable fault affecting several lights at this location including light 5. We have asked our contractors to check the other lights nearby also and await their feedback. We will add further information when known.

Thank you for your reply - but this is the exact same reply as issued 2 weeks ago. I have seen no contracts 'on site' since first reporting a problem. There was electrical works in the road 2-3 weeks ago - road dug up for new supply to G Pulteney Street property - lights failed immediately afterwards. Contractors need chasing ?

I live at 20 Great Pulteney Street and have a car parking space on Henrietta Mews. This lighting failure means that the descent from Sunderland Street to Henrietta Mews and my car has become particularly difficult due to age, etc.. It’s of great importance to me for these lights to be restored as soon as possible, otherwise my car will be unusable after dark.
