Large branches falling on private property

2 large branches fell off this tree and landed on our wall, extremely close to our parked car on the drive way. We, along with our neighbours who I have spoken to would like this tree removed. At the very least, heavily pruned. We would be willing to plant a hedge row in order to not affect wildlife.
