Outside Greggs

I am aware this has been reported probably many times before But as I have taken a bad fall I feel I should report it to you. I am registered as disabled, I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and FibroMalaga. While crossing the road by Greggs on Friday 25th November at approx 11.30 I didn’t see the hidden/shallow curb, beyond the cycle path. The road was wet so the black tarmac was shiny with what appears to be a white curb stone which defines the difference from the cycle path and the road. The road looks level, as in no drop from the curb stone. As I stepped over the curb I was expecting a flat surface which wasn’t there, I rolled my left ankle fell and landed on my right knee wrist and shoulder in the road stopping traffic. Thankfully several people kindly helped me up. I was in severe pain and knew I would be in trouble when the swelling and bruising set in. Unfortunately due to my conditions recovery will be slow, it is also going to stop me driving to take and collect my special needs boy from school.
