Bristol to bath cycle track

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 hours, 17 minutes later. Council ref: 4001382.

Dangerous slippery leaves covering most of the track,I seen a young man slip on them he came off his bike and cut his face open,I also am slipping and it’s impossible to use the bike brakes because it’s a major slipping hazard,the whole track needs clearing of the dangerous leaves
