This side of the road has never been cleaned in the last 9 years while I have lived here. I have personally, regularly cleared a huge amount of leaves from the footpaths and roadside which emanate from privately owned between 110 & 124 London Road West. It has yet again become dangerously slippy and absolutely filthy. Please can you arrange for parking suspension for a day to ensure the road and pavements can be cleaned thoroughly just once a year? The north side of the roadside and pavements were cleaned last week.
