Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4022613.
Water has been running across road for a few weeks not a problem in itself but concerned it may freeze during this cold weather causing a rta or for a pedestrian to slip resulting in injuries.

Are there any salt bins in this area?

No salt bins. As the weather has improved the water is no longer freezing but continues to flow across the road. There is a pipe in the verge with a hole in it which the water is running out. If the cold weather returns then it will once again become dangerous. I witnessed a gentlemen slip and fall last Thursday just after I posted my original report.
